I have a customer that is in the Bay Area. I sell them IGBT Power Transistor modules (manufactured in Germany) for their motor drives. They are shipping these IGBT modules to their contract manufacturer in China. I just sent off a Certificate of Origin (Germany) to the customer. Had those same modules been manufactured in the U.S., they would have been subject to a 25% tariff. As they were manufactured in Germany/not in the U.S., there are zero Tariff charges.
