Hey guys, today I drove over to Tornado Technologies in Hillsboro OR to drop off my bolt for the 5R. I did this to get a BO bolt knob installed. Asking the receptionist how long it would take, she responded with 4-12 days. Fair enough I say. Ths was at 2:30 in the afternoon by the way. Well Im over at my aunts doing some work for her and I get a call at 4:30 saying my bolt was done. I went back over and picked it up right away being as I was 10 min away. Other than being told to give time for the Lock tight to cure, it was good to go. Happy with the results and the way she looks. I just wanna give props to Tornado Tech. and let you guys know that they are good to go. Friendly, efficient and Im gonna be having them do some more work for me next month.

CRAP!! I sent them a Rem 700 barreled action 2 weeks ago to have cut back and threaded for a suppressor. I didn't see on their web site they even did bolt knobs. Wonder if I can call them and add it to my order? Would be great to have them thread my bolt while the gun is still there.

Im sure if you gave them a ring you could add it to the order. They usually carry BO bolt knobs in quantity there. I just happened to have one that I had found on sale and bought on a whim. Im gonna be taking the 5R in tomorrow to have the barrel cut and threaded as well. Ive seen nothing but good work come out of there so Im gonna keep taking my stuff to them.
