NO... I'm good with them I just have called a few times and they have not gotten back to me. They normally call me right back. I was not sure if they are out of the office for a hunt or anything else.

Re: Trying to get a hold of Jet Suppressors

Hello,
I live within 35 minutes from the shop in south Texas, I heard from another trusted gun shop last week that they where cought with suppressors with out serial numbers, so expect the atf to shut them down.
I think that they where not finished but everyone know how the atf is.
the shop is impressive though, have seen it in the past as well as there suppressors.

Re: Trying to get a hold of Jet Suppressors

I live 15 minutes from them, everytime I go to the shop they are closed and after hearing numerous bad stories, I figured them not being open when I went was a blessing.

Re: Trying to get a hold of Jet Suppressors

JET is family owned and operated, They've handled a handful of my NFA deals and have always gotten it handled. Not the quickest, but I'm not sure if that falls on them or the BATFE...also these purcahses were a couple of years ago.

I have a JET 5.56 can and can't complain on design or function at all- great products and solid guns. I hope the suppressors without serials isn't shutting them down...

That said, they do have a couple of school aged kids and could be vacationing before school starts back up. I'm assuming you've tried http://www.jetsuppressors.com/ email and phone listed?

If LongArm can't, I can probably swing by there Monday or Tuesday of next week...althought I think they're closed Mondays.

Re: Trying to get a hold of Jet Suppressors

My brother and I bought a couple .30 cans. Had a bear of a time getting them. Took almost a year and quite a few stories that never added up. BUT we did finally get them.

If I did it over again I would look in another direction...

I had a similar deal with a manufacturer here in KY. They were always dragging their feet and made up lavish stories to keep me away from my approved forms. Once I called our local ATF Field Office, they changed their tune.

Re: Trying to get a hold of Jet Suppressors

I had to get the ATF involved with a local dealer in Corpus Christi for similar reasons. The lady I talked to at the ATF was very sweet and as helpful as can be. She said they get these kinds of calls all the time. There are some pisspoor C3 dealers out there.

Re: Trying to get a hold of Jet Suppressors

the thread earlier mentioned a shark can where are they located and do they get there product out fast? are their any nightmare stories regarding sure fire cans

Re: Trying to get a hold of Jet Suppressors

Email the owner of Shark. I don't have one of their cans, but when I emailed him asking for info, he got back with me that same day and basically said, "pick your serial number and I'll get it engraved on a tube." I don't think you can get much quicker than that. It's been a couple of years and things may have changed, so call or email him.

Sorry for being slow to respond. I'm a good friend with the owner, David Whitson. He is a hide member, 737Shark. He is an airline pilot so if he is traveling, he may not answer the phone. If not, leave a message, he will call you back. He returns email promptly as well. Customer service is better than you will expect. Suppressors are top notch as well. You will be happy with the service and quality.
