Rifle Scopes TT vs Premier - What's the difference??

I have a Premier 3x15 w/Gen II mil reticle. Love the scope. I am looking to get another high-end scope and was wondering if anyone in the know on the Hide could explain the differences between the newer Tangent Theta's and the older Premiers besides just the obvious (knobs, zero stops) - what am I missing?

Basic optical system is more or less the same, with some minor improvements.

The mechanical system is entirely re-vamped. Sample-to-sample consistency seems better on the TT as well.

If I recall correctly, biggest difference is Premier is out of business.

As an aside, if you're looking at something that offers similar optical performance as the old Premier scopes, I would suggest giving Minox a long look. I know the Minox comes from the Premier "bloodline", like Optronika made Premier and partnered with Minox to form German Sport Optics or something like that.

Minox ZP5, MR4. Glass is phenomenal. Have multiples of them, couldn't be happier. They mount up real nice on Spuhr SP 4006's.

Same reticle as mine and I agree, the glass is phenomenal and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Mine sits in a 30 MOA DTA mount on my SRS.
