Well not taking sides but just answering the question there are somethings in some hospitals that will/can go boom under the right circumstances ....oxygen tank storage , propane tank for generator ......i did not see the explosions of the hospital so i cannot comment on that .

They are practically everywhere. But not everywhere agrees to extract them due to the high labor costs and environmental damage.
And the Trump mineral deal is something completely from the show industry and not for state needs.

Chances are if we were fully at peace and buddies with the Russians, the Russians would be asking for our companies to come in and help them extract that stuff for a cut of the profits, because let's face it, We are way better at proper natural resource extraction than anybody else.
The Russians could get it done, but not nearly anywhere as good as we can.

Back before we started this dust up, the Russians were buying critical components for their oil and gas industries from the west because well...
Their stuff has always kind of sucked.

No clue about jarheads, but the Army did bed some NM assy's into the e2 stocks. I know of one that sported an ART 1 that also had a cheek riser screwed to the e2 stock and when the scope went to shit, the riser would not allow iron usage.. Bad juju day.

Can you imagine, being forcefully conscribed into service for a war that you don't want to fight in, for a country that you know is corrupt, for a leader that you know is certainly corrupt, only to see your fellow soldiers be killed and told by that very same government that those soldiers "don't exist" ? All for the sake of not having to pay out death benefits to the soldiers next of kin. That, after the government had committed to doing so.

How morally repugnant.
