Essentially NONE of the nukes that "England has" or that are stationed on any of the other European countries can be used without USA approval.
The only folks with independent nukes are the French and I'm sure the USA has a plan to make sure they "don't go off the reservation" if the French get froggy without USA approval.

i didn't watch the video, but they just announced a big oil and gas discovery.
If they have oil and gas, expect somewhere along the way the CIA to regime change them to a better puppet government for our oil companies.
It’s about 150 MMBOE discovery, similar in size as some of the reservoirs we have in the Gulf of America.

Always take EU gas discoveries with grain of salt , there is plenty of gas to be had if one would use fracking ,but as fracking is mostly not permited will stay untaped for forseable future.

That article is in regards to a decision by Musk in 2022 to deactivate StarLink
I recall at the time he said they could use them for comms but not weapons. There was also some confusion at one point where they thought they were stopping Russians but ended up blocking Ukes.
