Rifle Scopes US Optics B25 question

I recently purchased a B25 with Tremor 3 and took it out to the range today and had a little issue. After bore sighting I got it onto paper but ran out of downs with clockwise movement. I am very familiar with the vortex Razor 2 and have run into this several times and slipping the scales allows the scope to be adjusted down past the zero stop. I am unfamiliar with the US optics internals and the simple reset of zero didn’t allow further movement. I’m sure it’s something simple but I don’t want to jack with it and alter something that I shouldn’t.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm pretty sure you can just back out the middle screw a bit. I would call USO just to make sure though. I've never had that happen to me.
