Use locktight on ken ferrell bases?

I just mounted a Ken Ferrell 30moa base to my Savage 110ba. Now the directions never said to use lock-tight. I went on Kens website and couldn't find anymore info on the subject. Something tells me I should of used a little bit of blue locktight on the screws, am I wrong?

I'd definitely degrease then toss a tiny bit on the screws. That's something you wouldn't plan to take off often, and you don't want that guy working its way lose over time.
