Hmmm,
I wonder how many people here have actually had to use USO's warranty service? My experiences were negative. I had sent a ST-10 back for a factory defect, they sent it back to me and told me there was nothing wrong with it. I sent the scope back to them again with a picture clearly highlighting the assembly error and after calling and hassling them they agreed to fix this "minor" problem. Both times I had to pay for shipping on my own dime and the second time, it took them 2 months to send the scope back to me when they quoted me 1 week. In addition I have a friend who had tried to send his scope back because the elevation knob was sticking before he could dial it up fully, USO told him it shouldn't matter unless he was planning on actually shooting that far. That sure sounds like great service.
