yeah i'm not seeing anything 'gone' yet. happy if not ecstatic to be proven wrong.

that hb961 is a real mf. register or lose AR's, AK's, PCC's etc. pretty much all AR, handgun & even bolt action magazines (ie those with 'flanges') are gone. suppressors are gone.
 
I will also add, if anyone wants to email/call/communicate with any of the 'exposed' Democrat senators who are 'scared', let me know and I will provide a list of these along with their public contact information. I have done an in-depth review of all of the senators and delegates from 2A Sanctuaries and would love sharing that with folks that want to honestly influence the debate.

Agreed. HB961 is the killer. It turns 10-20% of the Commonwealth into felonies the minute it is law. But this is a House Bill (HB). The House of Delegates is more radical with more loud month punks from NoVA (I should know, I live 6 days a week with them). It may make it thru the House, but if we keep the pressure up, it will not make it thru the Senate.

The real issue is the ones funneling the money to make all this happen.

Even as far back as the civil war, Lincoln wrote about why not go after those that fund and call for the fight.

Now you're talking article 5 convention of states to get some kind of campaign finance reform ratified. There has never been a COS held since 1787, and thus no amendment resulting from one. People are afraid of it for some reason, only relying on any article 5 action by Congress. Despite that the COS movement is still alive and well.

I am working on a similar list but it looks like you are ahead. Please create another, dedicated thread.
Add a little paragraph discouraging violence to keep Frank out of potential trouble.
The list does not need to be perfect. Any missing info like home addresses can be obtained by crowd-sourcing.

I just checked and I have no -not one- magazine without 'flanges'. Even the 4-rounder from my Model 88 Winchester lever action has 'flanges'. They are out of their fucking mind. The Dims, not the flanges :D
 
I am all for peace, but if you leave your gun at home for sake of following this tyrant's unconstitutional rules, well coward is the word that comes to mind.

I doubt that's what this is, though wouldn't portend certainty. Looks like role playing training for non permissive environments. I submitted out of curiosity, and because I do that sort of thing.

This will be interesting, they knowingly drew a line in the sand. Banning firearms at the demonstration they knew would be an armed demonstration. So they purposely set up a clash between armed peaceful citizens and law enforcement...This is an awful situation that will only escalate the situation.

I make no bones about being pro-life. I say that in the interest of full disclosure.

Now regardless about how anyone feels about abortion, even what the baby-killers call "post-birth" abortions; I say this for one simple reason.

If a politician doesn't have any reservations about killing an innocent and helpless baby they would have no problem killing you or your loved ones over an unconstitutional gun law.

Examples include: Ruby Ridge and the Branch Davidians.

Also note that "post-birth" abortion means killing a baby after it is born. It's against the law in New York to declaw a cat but okay to kill a baby.

So the leftists gun-grabbers like Northam who proport that gun laws would save lives are hypocrites when in comes to the life of a baby. I'll say it again, if people like him don't care about the life of an innocent and helpless baby, they don't give two hershey-squirts about you and any guns that you own.

So, seriously @Fig, his views on the life of a baby have everything to do with gun rights.

You can still carry outside the fence on the 20th . But if you want to enter the actual square grounds, you go through the screening. You should be able to hear the speakers from outside the no weapons zone. Plus WRVA will be broadcasting the speeches live on AM/FM.

Why would you pick a "Lobby Day" when you know the people you're trying to lobby are not going to be there? On the other hand, it wouldn't matter if they were there anyway. The VA Democrat party is obviously full or rabid Marxists who WANT to make as many citizens into criminals as possible so they can persecute them. It's a 100% misanthropic political philosophy. From what I heard on the radio this morning Black Face's budget is filled with monies to move State Police from certain department/assignment into newly appropriated positions for enforcement of the new laws. This is from a local morning talk show. The host worked in the TN State legislature and had the VCDL president on for questions. They read the line items and it's clear that Black Face's intentions are to make subjects of the citizens.
The VCDL president said that lawyers are working on a loophole to overturn the edits of a declaration of emergency by Black Face.
 
The Republicans Party is full of lawyer politicians, and all politicians are lying, money grubbing, power mongers who betray their principals and morals for power. The difference is that the Democrats have no morals or values to betray in the first place. Real morals and values aren't and can't be a moving target or they are not actually morals and values.

A "Right" does not require a permit to exercise. A privilege requires a permit.

That said, there is enormous and overwhelming precedent for the government to declare that certain areas/buildings/zones where citizens are prohibiting from carrying firearms. This would be one of those cases that no sane gun rights group would try to take to court, because it would only reinforce the communists position.

I am of the mind that almost anything is an infringement, and we ought to have access to most of the same arms as the government without permits or other bullshit, but 250 years of bad precedents and chipping away at our rights have brought us to this.
