Just at Bass Pro Shops in Ashland Va on Friday. They were unloading cases of Alliant Powders (Rl-15, Rl-17, Unique, Bullseye and a few others). I talked to their manager, who was there instructing all of his employees to get every bottle on the shelf so they could sell out that same day. Apparently, there was some pilot going on with alliant, where if they sold out in a given amount of time, they would be immediately restocked. He said they were expecting back to back shipments on the reglular. If you are in the area, Id advise stopping by to see if they have what you are looking for!
