Im 2 months new to reloading. I have a Savage model 10, .308, 24'', 1-10 or 1-11 twist. I am loading SMK 168's, and shoot paper out to 300, maybe 400 yds. Right now it's very accurate with factory Federal loads. I have Varget and BL-C(2). Can somebody please give me their experience with these and which one might be better, if so?I wanna start buying more when available, and dont wanna waste money on the wrong one. I'm not as worried about velocity as I am about accuracy.Thanks.

I just bought a bunch of blc-2 cause i couldnt find anything else. In the same boat. From what ive read and heard from others, you will be all good. Some say it runs a little dirty, and its an older gen powder, temp sensitive, blah blah blah. Crappy thing is, if that what is available you gotta make it work.
You will be all good, just work up your load like jo300 said.
