What is the super secret formula for getting the video cable to come loose from the Reap? Received it yesterday, uploaded the software to my computer, and was successful downloading the pictures from the Reap II to my computer and now the cable will not unplug. Thanks....

Seriously though, use forceps or needle nose pliars to gently pull back on the release sheath. Slides right out.
