You're absolutely right, SirHR, and I hate the fact that it's accurate. That there is the demise of humanity, right front and center. (the whole damn room)
But the main problem is their parents. They brought up those children to be that useless.
And they vote.
The problem is likely that their parents did not bring them up... they were raised in the socialist neo-Soviet Petri-dish that is our education system... long hijacked by the far left as an indoctrination camp.

What a fucking society of useless CUCKS we are turning into.
I had originally planned, upon retirement, to open my own gunsmithing business/gunshop, with a rifling bench so I can actually build my own historical/custom furniture rifles for every purpose from 800+ yard tack driving to general purpose hunting and smoothbore without having to order the barrels to be forged and rifled by someone else as I had done in the past...
Seems like I'd be better off opening a general contracting/plumbing/handyman joint. Next generations probably will not even know how to put a fucking AC unit into a window.
