Annndddd........Once again. Young lady; What did you think was going to happen when you accompanied him to his room ? (assuming she wasn't kidnapped and accompanied him willingly. Doesn't excuse rape in any way though). I think she's probably guilty of poor life choices, but that doesn't mean that she should be sentenced to getting raped for those poor choices.

That’s BS. Consensual my ass. Of course, I will say she didn’t put up much of a fight but she clearly isn’t about what’s fixing to go down. That’s ok, karma will likely find him at some point.
She could have been drugged, hence the pretty lame resistance. At any rate the two tier justice system strikes again. All white people should be out rioting in the streets over this.

Again i agree with what you guys are saying,what this guy did was wrong on many levels.
However , she is not innocent in the game,look at it from another point of view,here we have a pro basketball player making 6+ figure income,= upportunity.hook up with this guy ,witch she has probably done before with other guys (party girl),only this time we have a guy who makes millions and maybe i can get something out it. go in the start getting all hot and heavy and run out yelling rape.
Lady in the van as witness to the whole situation,maybe pre mediated ,planned who knows what.

I dunno, i would need more info on the story to make my own opinion. That being said, i am not finding sympathy for her at this time, as she seems to make terrible choices. I am not saying if she was raped that she deserved it, i am saying i do not buy the whole story. She went to a motel to get laid, wether for pleasure or for pay, and she got laid.
here is what i know....what i would have done if witnessing this scene.

I’ve seen a few women drugged during my younger days. One I stepped in in a crowd of people and kept a dude from knocking this poor chick out because she wouldn’t do as he said. He wanted her to blow him right there in front of a bunch of people at the street races. At least she was cognizant enough to say no and resist but without a doubt drugged. I stepped in and caught his fist with my hand mid punch. Wasn’t no little guy either. Much bigger than I was. She thanked me, he got pissed, his friends calmed him down before it got worse and we all went out ways without any other action. Luckily.
