Oh man, you got bit. Trust me, get a good .22 can NOW. You'll thank me later. An integral 10/22 barrel and a Kidd receiver/trigger is even better, especially in a Titan stock! But you'll still want a thread on .22 can, hosts are sorta cheap and they get used a LOT. I have a pretty slick M2HB and my integral 10/22 is on par with it given the fun factor. No lie.
I have an Ultra 9 6.5 and a 30CB9... I use the brake mounts, they're solid and just as good if not better than direct thread (ask Zak, he can explain it better). I don't understand why you don't use 'em on yours. My only direct thread now is my BMG and that's only because there was no other viable option that can lock one down properly.
So I'd consider getting an Ultra 5 in what, .30 for you? I have one and it's damn short, only adds like 4" and it really does take the bite out of the bark, so to say. I love that thing and I reckon it gets used the most. Almost like having nothing on, it's practically weightless. As far as accuracy I'd say it does the least to POI/POA of any I own. Really, about like using nothing at all. Work well on .300BLK SBR's too and I also use mine on a 20" Grendel. Given your criteria there, I think you'd like this one.
KAC makes a DAMN fine can and it always amazes me how much went into making it. They are NOT cheap though and neither are the mounts. The new PRS model is supposed to be, oh, better? I have the QDC and it's a fine can on an SR25 but I know of folks that only use these now and use 'em on bolt rifles. Hands down the "best all around suppressor". It'll truly do it all from precision to blasting.
Sico makes good stuff and they're my go-to for abuse cans and such. I just got a pair of Sakers with mounts and muzzle devices, ASR brakes, for $1300 shipped. If I'd waited 2 weeks I'd have gotten a free .22 can also, but then they'd have been out of Sakers so... Sico makes several different cans and many share mounts and such. They're VERY adaptable. I'd highly consider using a QD attachment to take advantage of some of these for sure. Sico makes several compact cans too, nothing Ti, if you want TI stick with TBAC. Sico has been around forever and is a solid and reputable company. Their Omega K is short and works on everything from handguns to SMG's and SBR's and they make others now too. I'd give 'em a hard look for sure.
Stay away from AAC, just stay away. If you get some amazing deals on 'em I can tell you how to get mounts that lock up tight without any work. If you wanna direct thread, well, I don't see how they could fuck that up myself and they DO make a good suppressor, not knocking that, just their mounting schemes. If you got a great deal on a direct thread AAC can I don't think I'd pass it up if it meets all the criteria.
Can't say much about the ones you asked about but Elite Iron makes good stuff, think of them as the TBAC of SS. They're not as heavy as you think either, but do weigh more than Ti. Honest folks, quality products, alphabet soup agencies and such use 'em a lot. Focus is on accuracy primarily and they can fix your can TDC to the bore if you wanna direct thread it. Not many folks willing to do that as a standard.
I can say Liberty makes a very good thread on .22 can, one of the best, the Regulator. However, not a big fan of monolithic baffle stacks outside .22 stuff so I'm not that interested in their rifle cans though I own a Mystic X and it performs okay. But the Regulator is hands down one of the best .22 cans I've ever owned/heard/seen/used including the Essence which is all Ti and cost double. Almost zero FRP and only action noise, so select a quiet host. TBAC supposedly makes a good .22 can too, as long as it's takedown and no aluminum, you're GTG. The Pinnacle 2 integral 10/22 bbl. is peerless, just action noise with it, and since they hollowed out a bull barrel, it just looks like any other unsuppressed rifle.
Don't wanna knock anyone except to stay away from AAC and all my recommendations come from experience and what I own. Can go into detail on 'em but I'm close enough to writing a book here so I'll stop.
Oh man, it's a rabbit hole for sure. Figure on suppressing each one before all is said and done...
