Last month on the 5th i ordered a package from LA Police gear that was very important for work and weapons qualification. Also included in the package was a pelican storm case for my rifles. The expected time for the case to be in stock was 1-2 weeks, but everything else is in stock. So i figure that will be plenty of time for me to get ready and have my belt and other items in order. Well that shit didnt happen, 2 weeks passed and i checked my order, says it is still back ordered.
I send an email to the company and they say that the case will be in next week, and i also told them I need it for my job and they say that it will arrive. So i wait another week, check the status- Nothin. I then use a live chat feature they have and talk to "Francine". She says that they will be in the very next week and apologizes. Well tough tity for me because weapons qualification was this week and i have to use my old piece of shit duty belt my department has been battered and abused some much from person to person for what appears to be 15 years. When i draw my pistol, its not rigid enough to stay on my hip so i basically bring my belt over my navel a little when i draw. Very frustrating!
Well another week passes and still no package, i again chat with "Francine" and she says "We are at the mercy of the manufacturer we order the cases from." and that it will take an additional 1-2 weeks, I nearly lost it and told her that because of my belt situation i am putting a handicap on myself if i ever come into a hostile situation. "If you come for a fair fight you are not Prepared". I Then tell her that it is completely unprofessional that they treat their customers like dumbshits and she responds by saying " Well i can send the rest of your ordered itmes for a seperation fee" And AGAIN I go Balistic. Telling her that i could have gotten all this shit locally (The cases, Some distribute but you have to pay a higher price and no officer discounts), and even that one of the items was including free shipping, and the quote they say about their backorder was if the amount of items in stock was more than the backordered they would sen the instock out. BULLSHIT!!!! I then continue to bitch about how they have continuously jerked me around and spewed lies at me, they said the fee would be waived.
Francine then assured me it would go out either monday or today, its fucking tuesday and hasnt shipped yet. Am i the only person being fucked by these lying assholes. Im venting and just want to warn everyone that if you want assurance talk to the fuckin head boss and get a viable statement.
