Lately I’ve been wanting a lefty heavy barrel bolt 223, mostly for steel/paper/prairie dogs out to 600-700ish and thinking of spending 1000-1200. I currently have a 6.5 creed bolt gun and a stag 24” 5.56 and have just been thinking getting a new toy - I really like bolt guns and low recoil/cheap 223. I don’t really like savages, so are my only options remingtons and tikka? Do lefty tikka 223s even exist in the US other than the sporter? Are the current production lefty factory remingtons (both action and barrel) any good? Independent of what action/barrel I get, it’ll probably go in a more affordable chassis like a krg X-ray or an xlr element. Thanks all
