What happened to Tactics LLC?

About 2 or 3 years ago, a gunsmith (I think his name was Scott) and who seemed to be fairly well-known here on the 'hide offered a group buy on 5.56s. The website stamped onto the mag well says "www.tacticsllc.com." But now, when I type that url in, it does not turn up. Anybody know what happened to this guy? Is he still in business?

Scott works for POF now and is still around. Tactics is however shut down.
