Just looking at google and found this photo it looks like it would work on the hammer disconnect and not the m16 hammer

Have you ever seen a Dias like the photo I posted as working on the disconnect
If so what would one cost for the AR-15 or a standard one fir the M16

The reason this one is made the way it is is because of the unique fire control parts of the AR-10...it is actually a combination between a lightning link and a DIAS. A transferable lightning link is around $8000 and a transferable DIAS is around $13000. They are the machine gun according to the ATF hence the reason for their price.
