I need advice,
I sent a barrel to them a month ago for my MRP conversion. I didn't know they had fallen off the grid as far a communication goes. Has anyone done business with them in the last few months? I have called nearly every day and sent multiple emails via their system. I this a lost cause? Should I wait it out and hope the work is being done or make a protest on my master card and call the barrel a loss?
