Where to Buy...POF 308???

I am looking for a good deal on a 20" POF 308 where besdies Gunbroker is a good place to watch for a good deal? The $2200 to $2400 guns seem to have dried up and I am about in a position to purchase but not at $2999 (yet).

Help in finding dealers that will provide discount pricing would be appreciated.

Check the "for sale" section here. I saw a POF the other day. Pretty sure it was .308 but not sure about barrel length.

Yep, it had a upgraded stock (MagPul PRS) but did not come with the original and was used so it doesn't seem that it is worth more than the price of a new gun.

Thanks for the heads-up though. I tried AR-15.com and came up empty.

There are a half-dozen or so on GunBroker right now...20" barreled models in Black or NP3 finish.

Also, check Rainier Arms...they are a stocking dealer.

I replaced mine with a REPR. Both are excellent guns, but I prefer the REPR.

There are some pics of my 20" POF on the board rigged out. I think it's in the 20" picture thread.

I am open to alternatives. Other than custom built 308 DI AR's it seems like the POF's are the best thing going (accuracy and reliability).....Yes???

If you can wait, the Larue OBR (though the 18" run $2995) is a shooter, and a lot of people are excited about the LMT coming out ($2,500, though one poster on ARFCOM said he paid $2,200 at a dealer). Both will prob be six+ months of waiting for you.

Check with the "cat" aka Felix at AV Guns. He may not be the cheapest, but he'll have or can get what you want in POF or LWRC for that matter, better than most anyone.

If your looking for a brand new REPR at a lower than normal price check out Northwestern Tactical and ask for Matt... he's a good guy to deal with.

Class 3 weapons has one listed for $2600 buy it now on gunbroker... they are good folks.
