Rifle Scopes Where to get scope diopter for focusing closer?

Waaaaaayy back on the old Hide there was an optometrist among us that made & sold diopters to go on the end of rifle scopes so the scope could focus/parallax @ closer range. These still around?

I looked for those too but never found something similar. The DST close focus adapter is much simpler and cheaper, but as long as you use it in good lighting it's perfect for indoor training. I direct a flood light onto a target taped to my garage door and aim at it from 15-20 feet away. Works great.
