Which load 243 with 105 gr A-max Vithavuori

Hello,
greatings from overseas Belgium. I recently changed the barrel on my remington 700 and want to shoot 105 grs hornady A-max. I am reloading with Vithavuori N165. I have the "old " Hornady reloading manual and have troubles to find the new manual over here.
Can anyone advice what load is recommended ? (or can the chapter for 243 Win with 105 grs A-max be found online?)

Hornady 7th edition says the following for 243 win, 105 gr A-max, Viht N-165:
40.3 gr = 2600 fps (starting load)
42.0 gr = 2700 fps
43.7 gr = 2800 fps (max load)
their suggested C.O.L = 2.630"
