Gunsmithing Who can machine a small rail???

I am looking for a piece of rail to attach my Atlas to my new 10/22 stock. The hole spacing on the 2 bipod studs is 2.5".

The only place I know that makes them is Accu-Shot, but I PM'd Kasey and he said they would be making one with this spacing, but not for a while.

Just checking to see if anyone out there can whip something up like this.

I've got two of these things and they work great. Bed them with a bit Devcon, attach that Atlas, and go to town.
