LSU and Oklahoma State. LSU wins 31-21.
Undefeateds:
Alabama - Loses to LSU and doesn't get to the SEC champ. game making it impossible for them to make it to the NC.
OK State - They get their two difficult remaining tests (K-state who is overrated and Oklahoma) at home so they have an edge in both IMO.
Stanford - Falls to Oregon in a thriller if you don't like defense.
Boise State - BCS will never allow them to go to the NCG.
One lossers (all these are predicated on OSU losing):
Oklahoma - Might make it in if they beat OK State but I don't think it will happen.
Oregon - If they beat Stanford and USC (who for some reason the pollsters think is good) they might get bumped enough but with LSU going I doubt pollsters would vote for a rematch.
South Carolina - Sadly it is only a matter of time the ole ball coach's team loses again since they are without Lattimore and an experienced QB.
Nebraska - They have two quality road games the next two weeks and will get a boost in the polls if they win both.

I will say this, it should meet everyone's expectations as far as a good football game Saturday night. Does Alabama have an advantage playing at home? You betcha they do.
But they better not make any big mistakes and give away that home field advantage.
So far as the National Championship! It's a little early this year, it's on Nov 5th. You get to watch the two best teams in college football play before the holidays.
Not much doubt in my mind that the winner of Saturday nights game is, and will be the National Champion regardless of the rest of their schedule.
I will say this, it should meet everyone's expectations as far as a good football game Saturday night. Does Alabama have an advantage playing at home? You betcha they do.

Going to be a great National Championship game. I want LSU to win but I think Bama will take it home field advantage. Who ever wins they should win the BCS championship no one in the top ten can hang with them. I also think the lose should not drop lower than 5 in the polls.

If BAMA can come out the first Q and play(unlike most our other games) and keep it even to the half then will have 10+ at the end of the game on LSU. BUT BUT BUT if we let them get ahead in the first half I don't think we will come back.

I agree it will be a low scoring game. I like Alabama (of course) by a touchdown. I think the Tide defense will not allow the kind of passing attack by Lee that has been so effective for them this season. Even putting the other guy in to mix it up won't help because they are looking for the change up.
Bama has to capitalize on the running game and keep either Richardson or Lacy on the field at all times. But they have to throw the ball enough to keep LSU guessing. McCarron is up to it and we have the home field advantage. (although I must say I did watch the Tide go down to Southern Miss in T-town the year after we won a national championship. It was a bad day and much Wild Turkey was consumed)

And so does Boise State to shut up all the doubters but the BCS will never let it happen. BSU has beat everyone that will play them and if anyone thinks BAMA will commit to a game against BSU during the season, not gonna happen but BSU will take it.
The SEC seem to forgot their bowl records, Utah was predicted to be a scrimmage for Bama. What was the SEC bowl record last year? If they are so powerful and unbeatable why didn't the SEC win every game?

BSU did go into Georgia, home field advantage for the Dawgs and win...SEC school by the way. But now its, well they did not play LSU or Bama, is the question LSU / Bama or the SEC? I'd like to see Okie state play LSU for the NC. OSU has the offensive to score on LSU, i'm not sure they have defense to stop LSU. i rather see LSU/OSU in the NC than a LSU/Bama rematch.

Does OSU have the offense that can score on LSU? Yes. Can they score a lot? no. Can their defense keep LSU under 30? no. It would be a blow out. But I doubt well ever get to know for sure.

Montana Grizzlies 24- Georgia Southern 17 in the only true Division I football championship.
The Griz will have their hands full this weekend against unbeaten Sam Houston State. Watch that game on ESPN this Friday night at 8:00 pm EST.

Hello, and welcome to yet another edition of Bill Swerski's Super Fans. As we are all aware, Da Chicago Bearss are quickly descending into irrelevance after yesterday’s Ditka-heartbreaking loss to the Seattle Seahawkss. With no hope of the Lombardi Trophy and no basketball, we turn today’s program to the next least-worst alternative: college football.
Now we all know the University of Chicago’s mascot is the Phoenix. Which will need to be fully used after dis year’s disappointing 5-5 record. That being said, Da Super Fans can not endorse such a mediocre program. So we turn our attention to the elite, the best of the best, and will try to determine who in the BCS Championship should get our rousing endorsement.
The only way to reasonably decide is by mascot. Obviously if the guy in a costume on our side can beat up the guy in a costume on your side, it oughta come out the same way on da field. So we have the Alabama Crimson Tide (and elephants) v. The LSU Bayou Bengals. Todd, your thoughts?
Well, Bill, I think Alabama’s mascot choice is just wrong. While initially intimidating, every month I meet the “crimson tide” at home, I just tell her to do the laundry or get back in the kitchen. I then black out for a few days and wake up on the floor… My pick: Tiger’s eat Elephants 72-0.
Easy there, Bill. The University of the State of Louisiana might be good, but dere not ’85 Bears good. Bama’s D is gonna give them trouble. I’m calling it LSU 63-2 in a close one.
How do you get 2 there, Pat?
Easy. Mercy safety by LSU in the closing seconds.

I believe, the Football Gods (a.k.a The Ditkas) are gonna shine on the Alabama Crimson Tide on January 9th. It will be a rout of epic proportions. There will be none in purple and gold left standing. Alabama 51-10.
You know, I heard that the LSU coach, Les Mile’s eats grass during the game. And that the grass is from Ditka’s childhood home’s front yard.
In that case, LSU 212-0.
