why don't more brass mfgs offer 223?

Why is it that very few of the top line mfgs don't offer 223? Lapua and Norma seem to be the only offerings - nothing from Petersen, ADG, Alpha, or even Bertram.

Along those lines, has anyone tried Starline for 223? Considerably cheaper than Lapua , is that reflected in consistentency (lack thereof)?

It is because LC brass is reasonably priced and very good. No need for any other brand either shoot LC or Lapua.

I bought Starline .223 brass and am on my 2nd loading. From the start I FL sized and deburred the case mouth. Length was within .001.

25.5 gr of Varget under a 75 ELD-M gives me 2920fps, SD of 7. I'd by more for sure.

Jagemann does 223 and 5.56. I'd assume the 5.56 has a thicker case maybe? I dunno. I use their 308, it's good quality, and the price is very reasonable. I got 200 cases of 308 for like, 80 bux I think including shipping.
