IDF is ramping up over last nights rocket attack.

Guessing Syria/Hamas/Hezbollah wont take US recognition that Israel owns the Golan Heights lightly.

Trump is going to hold his hand steady and I think this "Palestinian Question" will be resolved once and for all.

Doesnt need our Troops just let Israel do what it does.

If this guy can figure out N Korea and the Palestinians that would be winning.

I think the key to both is not doing something we have done every other time in the past - bending over.

    Agreed.

I've never understood the whole " impartial peace broker " role of the U.S. in the Israeli / Palestinian issue. IMO it's been a false pretense for decades. The Palestinians have been represented by terrorists for most part, and yet we claim not to negotiate with terrorists. Especially when said terrorists have vowed to wipe Israel off the map. Trump is the first president in my lifetime to refuse to play the game.

The only thing that is keeping Israel from outright steamrolling the entire extent of Palestinian-occupied territory is the rules of engagement. Bureaucracy. Just like the US Army during many campaigns of the War on Terror. If anyone knows anything about Israeli military technology and innovation, it is downright fearsome. The Iron Dome missile defense system is just one of the examples of almost futuristic battlefield tech.

The very thing that is keeping Israel from raising the full black flag on those who are harming it's civilians, is the same reason why there are so many pedos, rapists, and other vile criminals still breathing oxygen in our society. It is the thing called "law" that is preventing people from going full Wyatt Earp on scumbags.

Weird to think ISIS hasnt ever attacked israel. Why is that? Muslims hate jews more than other muslims, yet the most powerful muslim terror group, literally a stones throw from israel, hasnt ever attacked it. The one thing they should hate with a seething burning passion...

Super fuckin weird how countries around israel destabilize, and then israel suddenly claims “oh this chunk of a former soveriegn, now conveniently failed state, belonged to us”.

I see right through your bullshit.

Seriously? They’re gona fight Assad, the Russians, the US, AND Israel at the same time?

It was already suicide. Why do you think Assad doesn’t attack? He’s not an idiot like ISIS, but even they aren’t dumb enough to open a third front...

We and israel were never fighting isis in syria.
We just called them moderate rebels, and used an aligned intermediary to provide assistance.
The battle line was fairly well drawn. Iran/russia backed syrian army vs israel/us backed “””moderate rebels”””

I doubt anyone at a state level is going to be fighting over the Golan Heights anytime soon.
The area is a De Facto part of Israel as it has been for decades now and is a major military point.
Syria will never yield to it being part of Israel, but they know their capabilities and won't try anything militarily.

As far as the more "Terrorist" groups go, well every 20 years or so they get bold, go attack Israel, then Israel flattens Beirut and everybody minds their manners till the next group forgets. Just like in the Gaza Strip and such every couple years they forget how much pounding into sand they got last time & try it again & get more pounding.

Nothing will change till the folks that want the destruction of Israel & nothing else will do, all die off and are replaced by those who would like to make peace. Then probably some settlements will be made and such. Much like Israel gave back the Sinai Desert after Egypt made peace, My guess is if Syria ever made a full peace, they would come up with some negotiated compromise to let the Syrians save face while not affecting Israel's overall strategic position.

I'm assuming our little half hearted war attempt in Syria was continued fallout from when Israel bombed the Syrian nuclear installations. I'm assuming Israel/Us wanted to either take Assad out because he was getting a bit to big for his britches, but we found out that the cost and outcome of actually removing him was going to be more than we could deal with & the replacements worse, and so we settled for making sure Syria was so smashed up and such a wreck that they won't be bothering anyone for another couple decades.

We have accepted the false premise that the Palestinians and their allies actually want peace.

    Trump is smarter than that.

Well maybe Trump isnt smarter its just that he is operating on "America First" not whats good for the MIC.

Israel claimed the Golan heights in one of the "ancient" Arab/Israeli wars.

Its a strategic piece of land in that whomever controls it they have an unobstructed view/snipers platform into the heart of Israel.

Had the Arab co-alition not attacked Israel Israel would not be sitting on Golan.

Losing a war of annihilation that you start should have repercussions.

    I believe it was 1967.

Israel striking Gaza as we speak.

As far as I'm concerned, both palestine and pakistan can equally glow. Sure, I bear a grudge, but for pakistan to be harboring "it" for so long (I won't even type 'its' name ever again) you can't tell me it wasn't state supported.

Remove them both, the world will be a better place. Reset/start over. THIS time, follow the laws/rules of "human decency". I believe a short time thereafter, others would start to learn quick and follow suit.

Let the carpetbombing commence. Ya'll did it before, and most of the countries of the world helped out. About the only reason why it wasn't declared "World War Three" was because france hasn't/hadn't surrendered yet.

(and yes, it is out of frustration that I stated above "glow" but you know I don't mean that, exactly. Try to keep the nuke's in the garage, eh?)

I am very happy to nuke Pakistan, I would nuke Palestine but the people that call themselves Palestinian never owned a country that was their own so only napalm carpet bombing of all the hoods is in order. Paki just nuke them.

Yet we still give millions if not billions by now to the Palestinians with terror organizations in charge and they still hate the UNITED STATES Maybe we haven't given enough that's probably it?
