Win Chuck Mawhinney's M40 Rifle

Mike Lau at TBA is building a replica M40 that will be shot and signed by Chuck. Leupold is donating a remanufactured Redfield 3x9 optic for this raffle. This rifle/optic will be raffled off at the 2011 Oregon Sniper Challenge. You do not have to be present to win. Anyone can enter that the law allows. All proceeds go to Chuck.
