They promote their agenda and the comments tell me if people are buying it.

Im of the opinion WSJ readers may be a little more savvy.

Good comments to the article as the readers arent buying the "Why cant we get along" sentiment and recognizing what we all see as a coup and the naked grab for power as evidenced by trying to get rid of the electoral College, pack the court.

If reader of WSJ - literature of the Statist/Establishment - feels there was a coup than I hope there is more than just us in this circle jerk, echo chamber wanting justice.

The leftists are paying both sides of the mob.

A Tea Party like group pulls permits, follows all laws to hold a rally for something positive and mainstream - history preservation, free speech, promote the Bill of Rights - a positive event with a good message that would appeal to the masses.

That cant be allowed.

So the black funding starts and you pay "Antifa" and "Alt Right" to fuckup the good message and make sure it never gets to the masses.

Should the organizers of the rally join the paid for melee they just give the funders free combatants.

What has to happen is the local govt has to be held accountable for not crushing the "Antifa/AltRight" agitators when they disrupted a lawful First Amendment right to Assemble.

Of course that wont happen because the local govt told the law enforcers to "stand down".

"Good Lindsey" will come out all fire and noise saying we must get to the bottom of the coup - He will tell Comey "See you in front of the Senate Judiciary"

while at the same time....

But I can't help but agree that America has never (not since the last Civil War) been this angry and self righteous and divided. Doesn't seem like any common ground anymore on the Left or the Right.

We are absolutely a house divided by irreconcilable differences. Gotta wonder where this is going and how it will end? I'd suggest if would mean some States will secede but the Right and Left live *right* next door to each other. So an equitable and cooperative split s unlikely. So, who gets the house in the coming divorce?
