Yes, yes, yes! DOJ Admits IRS Wrongdoing Under Obama

Keep hoping buddy. Look at the FOUNDED, SUBSTANTIATED, PROVEN, criminal acts by Hillary, the DNC, and the Obama administration that have come to light just this week (despite many being known of and denied for years) and its motherfucking crickets in the drive-by media.

No chance at all that the media would give any coverage to it if Trump were ACCUSED of 1/10 the shit that can now be proven, right?

Funny you said that. In keeping with the other thread, I was about to remark on the big, fat crickets on the other news outlet.

Do you think we could prosecute if they refuse to provide venue in the court of public opinion?

You're both right......Not the greatest situation per Bogey, but it's a big step in the right direction (per Veer). Given the climate, I'll take middle ground vs crickets. I think more and more people are waking up to the fact that the media are just as crooked as Billary. This incrementally helps in that regard. In an ideal world, we'd be watching her perp walking down the courthouse steps in an orange pantsuit and shackles...

^^^ Democrats right there....

the beauty of life is, at some point, the sands of time catch us all. excuses, bribery, riches, and lying wont get you out of any of it. ted kennedy escaped justice, right until his fat ass died. and i enjoyed out living the fucker. i'll enjoy outliving bill and hillary, too. along wit schumer, pelosi, obama, mccain, and the rest of these other traitors who put their power and wealth before their sworn duty. fuck every last one of them.

i have my sins to answer for. and i will just say i am glad i dont have to answer for their's

If that's an actual question, then my answer would be an irate "no". Any attempt to hold the other side accountable, regardless of the severity of the crimes, will be met with the wailing and gnashing of teeth of the MSM, which will immediately cause the spineless dickbags masquerading as "Republicans" in Congress to abandon any effort to bring charges.

I dont know how many decades it takes to learn that being nice to your adversaries in the hopes that they'll like you and play by the same rules doesn't work, but apparently the fucksticks we've sent to Washington still haven't figured it out.

You need to allow for a certain default amount of ironic, rhetorical smartassery on my part.

Vigilante justice looks like the only justice that's available to the injured parties.

I don't think that the urban/suburban Left has accurately calculated the underlying rage of the rural/rust belt Conservatives. Folks might just get the urge for an excursion on into town to catch the frivolities on the 4th. It'd be like a ham shoot.

The title seems (to me) to be an oxymoron. My understanding is that the justice department is too accuse of wrongdoing then try the evidence in court. Thus it might be correct to say "The Justice Dept accuses the IRS of wrongdoing under Obama." But only the accused can admit to wrongdoing, so perhaps the headline might read "The IRS admits wrongdoing under Obama."

If ever I am accused of a crime I hope that the Prosecutor does not get to decide weather or not I have admitted quilt, but rather has the burden of proving that guilt in court. I agree strongly, that the Justice Dept should be trying the IRS in court for these things.

This was the headline on Fox: [h=1]Trump DOJ settles lawsuits over Tea Party targeting by Obama IRS[/h] Lawsuits get settled out of court all the time without an admission of guilt by the party that pays up.

But we know damned well that, in a majority of the cases, the out-of-court is a convenient pro-forma that doesn't alter the truth of the matter.

So, wrong was done, and settling lawsuits addresses that. And let's face the fact that Lois Lerner, et al., will most likely never see a day in court.

I'd much rather have seen a different, more punitive and fulminating outcome, like you, but quibbling over an oxymoron (when you mean a misnomer, more accurately) won't change it.

So...the plaintiffs got a "settlement" and an apology from the IRS. Thus, YOU AND I paid for their wrongdoing out of our own pockets (the settlement), and even though they admit the law was broken, and we know who it was that did it, no charges are filed, no one goes to jail, and they get off with just saying, "Sorry, it must suck to be you."

So far, yeah, that's the picture. Unless, of course, you wanna locate the bad actors and pull a Mussolini-style reckoning on them. I really don't recommend or condone that. It's more, so far, the other side's style.

Is Lois Lerner still living around Cincinnati?

Just a rhetorical question, mind you...............

Ha! I think they vastly overestimate the "will" of the American sheeple. Those that are capable in general have more logic and restraint than the fevered up mouth breathers crying "revolution". Of course the Frenchmen did find their sac and slit a few throats when pressed hard enough.

That last bit makes me laugh when I hear all the "only dropped once" French rifle crap. Say what you will, but the French will rip shit up given enough provocation.

I think what ever the amount of the settlement, the IRS employees involved should do the amount of time in prison that it takes the average American to earn that much money.

A group of people marching is exactly what it is going to take to get any kind of Justice. Anything less and they will just keep on doing what they are doing, living above the law. At some point, a collective group will have to go take control. It’s either that or let it spiral out of control even more. The problem with the latter is that it may not ever recover. But, nothing will ever happen because most people just like to talk and never do anything. They don’t organize. Until that happens nothing will change. So, how do we organize? How do you take it back? You guys tell me.

I know buddy, it was just another reason for me to whine about the never ending daily bullshit propaganda fest of the MSM.

Couple my bitchiness with the fact that I finally met up my Sikh buddy for the first time since being back and found out that he just finished up a wickedly horrible divorce (to a woman I really liked that used to bring me wonderful curry and chapatis), AND had shaved off his beard, and I'm just not trusting the things I thought I "knew" at the moment.

Then I wake up to find that the user interface of the Hide has changed fucking AGAIN, and I'm irritated. I hope to God that NO ONE would fucking dare link a post from the board to fucking social media. What the motherfuck!?!?!?!?!?!?

Most Punjabi Sikh girls want clean-shaven, "modern" guys. Once that beard sprouts and you have a turban, you're "UncleJi," and that ain't cool. So you get a lot of insincere Sundays-only jerks in turbans with beardlets that would make George Michael sprout deadwood. Making a serious commitment to Sikhi and Waheguru can severely limit your play. I'm lucky. Not only did mine weather the conversion, but she's open-minded and small-town, and she makes me a better Sikh, for sure.

And yes, that set of "snitch" buttons makes no sense to me, either. It's like a seacock; all it takes is one treacherous Leftard, and we get flooded the fuck out.

Peace, grease, chicken wings, and lots of curry, my friend.

Not only that ...LOL
You get strong armed and abused by your IRS . Then you as the the plaintiffs are awarded and paid damages your government with the annual tax revenue strong armed by IRS from the US citizen . Then you the plaintiffs on the next Fed. tax cycle, who were awarded punitive damages paid from your tax dollars, have to report that money to IRS as taxable 'other income received' and in the end it is again strong armed out of your wallet by your friendly IRS .
.

They apply it to joint maneuvering. Any such march would be declared a paramilitary exercise, and out come the Strykers.

Well, it's not like they wouldn't do that if the law wasn't there so..........

Besides, the playbook would come from irregulars around the world. Only an idiot telegraphs the punch by marching/deploying openly.

Committee of Correspondence, cease all convo electronically. Remember the USSR was toppled with very little violence, the abuse by the Fed Government has crossed the line to where there are many many millions poise to give the new Royals a fist fuck. This shit coming out about the FBI just might be the straw.

Y'all hang on for a minute.

My brain has been dedicating most of its cycles to this subject for a bit now, to the point I'm about ready to quit my day job so I can crank this motherfucker out.

Shit gonna get dicey with a bun in the oven, good chance I'm pissing away a multi-million dollar payday, not to mention the heat I'm gonna get for bringing folks together, but hey, go big or go home right?

Big question here is, how do you get a bunch of stubborn assholes who've probably never met each other, and who've been spoonfed bullshit most of their lives to all act as one cohesive unit at a moments notice.

Lots of other slightly less big questions, like how to avoid the whole shit being shut down by the powers that be, how to avoid all the other shit that fucks with an honest attempt to execute a well coordinated action.

I think I've got answers to most of the shit, but I got openings on the team. Particularly for folks that know how people work, and know how to work people. Couple android/IOS developers would be handy, too.

MAGA

Ive heard about this before but nice that mainstream sources are actually putting it out there. Perhaps this will be the most important thing about the recent Kennedy file release.

Hopefully the non thinking will actually read it and understand what our government is and what it thinks of us.

read the last clause......"the idea of an irresponsible government"

"During Operation Mongoose in 1960, the CIA also considered staging terror events in Miami and blaming it on pro-Castro Cubans.

“We could develop a Communist Cuban terror campaign in the Miami area, in other Florida cities and even in Washington. We could sink a boatload of Cubans enroute to Florida (real or simulated). We could foster attempts on lives of Cuban refugees in the United States even to the extent of wounding in instances to be widely publicized. Exploding a few plastic bombs in carefully chosen spots, the arrest of a Cuban agent and the release of prepared documents substantiating Cuban involvement also would be helpful in projecting the idea of an irresponsible government.”"
