Added a new vortec, rear locker, hi lift mounted inside box side, hitch welded on front for winch caddy.
Removed center council and installed two rifle holder, installed pistol holders under dash, 3D printed bino holder under dash, cargo net mounted on passenger side dash to keep crap on dash and off floor, don’t have a pic of that.

Nope, it's actually a 1973. First year of the actual squarebody trucks, and one of 3 years they were a full removable top instead of just half. I'm the second owner, got it stone stock with 90k original miles on it. I have 3 of the damn things now (they multiply like rabbits) but this one is my winter daily driver/hunting rig.
My first K5 I ever got as a kid was actually one of the old surplus M1009 CUCVs, gutless, but a fun truck once I swapped the shit axles for 1 ton stuff
The only blazer I ever owned was a 73. It spent 1/3 of the year with the top off.
