I finally bit the bullet for the MDT double pull, I've been using it for about a week through a few different rifles.

For NRL 22 specifically, I don't see any reason to drop the coin on this thing. PRS, NRL hunter, field shooting whatever I get it. Does anyone who shoots NRL22 really prefer this over an atlas?

The versatility of it is great. But it's not $400 great and I've yet to see an NRL stage, or PRS for that matter that calls for it.

Barely two weeks into the year we already have to new MPVOs:

Just a shame both are SFP with capped turrets, the Element even being MOA only....

My gas well is about 500yds from the house, and there’s no electrical over there. The pipe/valve keeps freezing up when the temps drop into the low 20s and we when we get snow.

We’ve tried building wind breaks around the pipe, wrapping the pipe in foam insulation, etc. but it keeps freezing.

The well workers installed an alcohol drip tank and valve for us. It does work to thaw the valve out and get gas flowing again. But walking from the house at 3am in a blizzard to do it is a headache.

Anybody know of some type of solar / battery system that could power some heat tape we could wrap around the pipe?

Who here has stopped eating ass? Why? Was it because of the possibility of getting pink eye?

What did you do that helped you quit?

Motivated by other threads...I am forgoing all the kinky, freakazoid, animalistic sex and throwing away the pigmasks and applebutter.

Ive recently purchased a czech vz. 54 sniper rifle and when I ran my new borescope thru the barrel Ive noticed the whole bore length is covered in something.

My guess its actually pitting but it may be deposit of some sort of material (dirty bore).

I'm just starting to put together my list for my first bolt action rifle.

- I'm looking to stay under 2k. If I could do it for 1500 that would be perfect - that way with glass and bipod I'm in the early 2's
- Very happy with used parts if necessary to stay in price point
- I shoot mainly at 1 - 200 yards but am looking to build something I could fly west with and start taking to long range classes
- Ideally sub .5 moa at 100 yards (My WOA barrel 223 AR can do sub 1 moa ... looking for something significantly better)
- I just converted my LMT MARS-H to 6.5cm and would like to stick with this round for purposes of ammo stocking

I've been looking at things like the tikka t3x tactical, Remington 700 , Ruger precision rifle, but its a lot and I thought I'd come here to gain some good dope to start with.

other than the above, go wild. I'm down to collect an action, barrel, trigger and chassis all separate if I have to - but it would be nice to buy something I can shoot now and have an upgrade path later.

With the New production, research and development Facility being built I am eager to see what shot show 2025 has in store. Of course the Meostar R series was released last year but I'm still not seeing it for sale on this side of the pond. Would love to have the 4-24x56imm personally.
Also have noticed a huge new line of optics called the Meoforce DF series for tactical/military application including three prism scopes, red dots, and five scopes that i can't even find pricing for. Visually the look like revamped meostar ZD and TAC scopes of which I own a ZD 4-16x44imm which is an INCREDIBLE optics for $1500 retail. Personally did not pay close to that haha. In the force DF line is a 5-30x56imm that is 100% new in terms of Specs and Visuals, being their most powerfull and heavy
Scope to date. Looks veeery appetizing.

This morning Nvision posted a photo of a scope on their instagram and it looks like a new thermal from them. See photos below. The ocular lens is different and something on the right side of it. Maybe a focus? The range finder was also different. looks to have a button on it? @Max_R any input since cats out of the bag? See photos below.
