Would this be a suitable scope for PRS or Long-range varmint Silhouette competition? How does the glass compare to a Nightforce Atcar 7-35x56mm

I have a bergara ridge sp in 223. Shoots great with factory stock but I prefer vertical grips and honestly, the look of chassis or aftermarket stocks.

I'm torn between a krg bravo and a ag composites armor.

My only concern is feeding from aics. I had a newer remington 700 that the mags from krg wouldn't feed last few rounds. they'd nose dive.

So what would you do?
Option 1: get a bravo and mag with extended latch and hope for the best while trying different mags

Option 2: buy the ag composites fiberglass stock without cheek riser and bdl and know it will feed but have to load from top all the time

Theyre roughly the same price and I only use it coyote hunting and off a bench out to 600 yards. No matches that require a mag.

Id also note that even with a mag I single load often, maybe that's because the one I had didn't feed lol

Hey guys, sorry for all the tripod questions. I thought I knew what I wanted, and then went down a rabbit hole after rabbit hole. I had no idea this topic was that deep.

So I'm here to take a step back and ask what I probably should have asked first, since I know next to nothing on the subject.

What would you guys recommend as the best bang for the buck tripod under $400. This is just the tripod legs, not a head. This will be used standing up and sitting down, and shooting and glassing with binos. This will prob be my one and only do everything tripod for the foreseeable future.

It's very overwhelming how many options there are. It seems like there's a big difference in heads, but I'm not so sure how different the actual tripods are. They all seem to be made out of relatively the same thing, and made mostly the same way. So maybe the legs aren't that big of a deal? You tell me.

So far, my best idea is the Aziak Front Country at about 350$.

For all intents this barrel is almost new. It's from a WOA upper I purchased years ago, and had one range trip. At some point I got a bore scope and found two spots like this while I was checking all my rifles and haven't shot it since. Would you give this a chance and see how it shoots, or throw it in the scrap bin?

I see a lot of people recommending the SG Pulse over the send it. Wondering if anyone has run both and likes one better?

I have a bunch of send it's but they have some drawbacks.
-the battery is a pain in the ass to replace
- fiber gets washed out in bright sun ( especially with sun to rear when shooting)
-battery life on some units is really bad.

Before buying more I was thinking of giving the SG a try. It appears to be a big bright color flash that may not have the same drawbacks?

Compared to a send it with Brant ACI, do you notice the SG Pulse in your peripheral or do you need to come off scope to check it?

I also know there is a new send it level coming out but it's not for sale yet.

Since I am starting my longer range shooting adventure, I decided it was time to qualify for the 600yd range at the club I am a member at. It has 10" round steel at 150yds and 250yds. 12" round steel at 350yds, 450yds, and 550yds. At 600yds it there is a 18"x24" steel rectangle and various round steel. At the back of the range, 655yds - 660yds, there is a variety of steel target.

Went back out today to enjoy my new privilege...lol. I REALLY enjoyed it and am very glad to have access to it. Since I was the only one out there I decided to run my drone down the range (yes, I made sure they were cool with it) to send to some buddies. Thought I would share it here.

I am sure many here have access to better, but I think this is a pretty cool setup. Wish it went out to 1k...lol
