Is this the rifle Lee used prior to screaming “Leeeeroy JENKINSS”?

I just picked up an AT-XC and was going to have Bugholes do a 223 conversion. I was able to find a complete bolt, but when I went to put it into the gun, it was a no-go. After comparing the two bolts, it is clear that the changes they made for the AT-XC are significant. Unless I am missing something, I will have to wait for the AT-XC bolts to become available.

Is a lot tested group like this as good as it gets or would throwing on a tuner tighten it up even more? Been debating testing a Harrels on this, but not sure if it’s worth the time and money or just to continue to extensively lot test until I get these results.

5 shot group at 50 yards grouping .257 and 10 shot group at 100 yards grouping .635

Primarily shoot NRL/PRS. Wasn’t sure if the tuner would primarily address tightening up more of those “pretty good” lots but be marginal (if at all) on improving lots like this.

So I’m a terminus fan for sure. Love the quick change, 60 degree bolt throw, threaded trigger pins, and they look cool as shit. So I built out a Gucci rifle and picked up a titanium nitride (I think) action.

Well fuck me… I haven’t shot this yet (barrel is a 22gt and haven’t loaded anything yet). So I’ve just cycled the action a few times…. But the nitride has already worn off where the bolt slides. I reached out to Joel, who’s awesome and a great guy, and he said it’s normal wear.

I thought these were supposed to be hard as shit. None of my dlc or black nitrided actions wore anywhere near this quick.

Thoughts? Is this normal wear? There is no wear on the bolt at all.

Currently I run a 21" GM barrel by Keystone accuracy, and it's great. However, I'm wanting to move to a 24" for balance purposes. Think I want to go Krieger, which will require waiting, but I've read some good things on Ace barrels. What are y'alls thoughts? Would love to hear about "favorite" barrel as well as see some groups. I've read many things on this subject but still got questions. I think I want to build a Tikka 22-250 or 22 creed. It's actually for my son. He's left handed which really decreases options. I was gonna just buy a T3 in 22-250 and throw it in a MDT XRS chassis. It appears that the 22-250 only comes in the light version and has a thin non threaded barrel. That's a no go. I will not shoot unsuppresed. And I'd really like a thicker barrel for longer shot strings. I'm sure many will tell me to start with a custom action but the things that appeal to me about Tikka are:
1. Most think they are a great action
2. 70 degree bolt throw
3. The bolt locks with the safety

This will mostly be a prairie dog and coyote rifle.

Questions: 1. Are there Tikka clone actions?
2. Other left handed actions I should consider?
3. Should I mess with a Oregon mountain barrel action?
