good day. so i got a custom rifle built with a heller arms EV5 26 inch barrel in 7prc.
got about 40 rounds in it now. have tried 3 different types of ammo that i could lay my hands onto.
hornady precision hunter 175gr, hornady outfitter 160gr, and hornady eld match 180gr.

shot all 3 boxes twice now. hornady precision hunter grouping 1.09 or worse, hornady 160 outfitter grouping .689 or worse, hornady 180gr eld match 1.91 or worse 10 shot groups. any suggestions. the only thing is for sure is that the outfitter rounds dont always chamber. have 6 out of a box of 20 that would not chamber.

Looking to sell my Masterpiece arms DS9 hybrid, black on black, i believe it is the aluminum a2 black grip, and medium red trigger. Pull weight is 1lbs 11oz, comes with rmr optics plate, dpp optics plate, accuracy x front and rear sight set, mpa soft case, 6 mbx magazines, a gx vise holster, and a sig romeo x enclosed emitter with circle dot. It also comes with a bunch of spare parts, recoil springs, dawson tooless guide rod, and some other stuff. Gun runs great, and i am going to regret selling this, but i dont use it enough. Has 2000 rounds on it.

I am looking for $3050 for everything transferred from my ffl to yours, or $2650 for just the ds9 with no romeo x.

Can any of my Canukistan brothers explain which handguns I can bring to Canada? Doing some back country/travelling so will be carrying (Mostly in US, but hitting Banff as well). I'm in the market for a 338 Lapua rated suppressor. It will honestly see more 300BLK, 308, possibly a 338 federal than 338 Lapua but I have one in the safe that doesn't get much use because it's loud.

Considering the YHM Bad Larry and the B&T vers36Ti.

The B&T is really interesting and is rated for 18" 338L for some reason that seems like to much for a 3d printed suppressor in my mind. I have never actually tested a 3d printed suppressor on anything so I don't know enough about them to have an opinion. Also I haven't seen any reviews on it on anything bigger than a 308.

Curious if anyone has tested either of these suppressors and what they thought of them.

Just got a Hawkins DBM Bottom metal, haven’t ever gone with Hawkins before, but noticed the interior corners are a little rough to the touch and look to have what looks like the finish peeling, is that normal? Not sure if I’m just being picky lol

Strongly considering buying an Sig P229 M11 A1 for carrying in a chest rig by Hill People Gear when out alone hunting. It would have a tiny Gemtech Aurora II can on it. It’s obviously for backup/last resort. I’ll probably never need it.

I made the mistake of trying to size brass when exhausted and fasting for a colonoscopy and bumped my shoulder .020 rather than ,002. These are once fired Lapua 300 WSM cases. Is this unsafe to shoot? Should I just chuck these pieces of brass?

I zeroed at 50 yds experimenting with MPBR with my Tikka .243. I am dead center at 50 yds but at 100, 200, and 250 I’m 2-3” right of bullseye. I’m really trying to focus on mechanics but I’m still pulling shots to the right. After the shot and follow through, my crosshairs actually go left, not right. I’m shooting off a bench with front and rear bags. I’m also sighting in a Iray thermal scope. Any suggestions? Thanks
