Optics WTS Razor 1-10 Gen3 w/ mount

If you can't cancel your payment. I believe that because you used a USPS MO it is considered mail fraud which is a felony.

mail fraud is a federal felony under 18 U.S.C. § 1341, carrying potential penalties of fines and imprisonment, which can extend up to 20 years, or even 30 years if involving a financial institution or a presidential disaster declaration.

Here's a more detailed explanation:
  • What is Mail Fraud?
Mail fraud involves using the U.S. Postal Service or a private commercial carrier to execute a scheme to defraud someone of money, property, or honest services.
    • Federal Crime:
It's a federal crime, meaning it's prosecuted by the federal government, not state or local authorities.

      Elements of Mail Fraud:
To prove mail fraud, the prosecution must demonstrate that:
    • A scheme to defraud existed.
    • The defendant intended to defraud.
    • The U.S. mail was used to further the scheme.

    • Penalties:
      • Fines: Convicted individuals can face fines of up to $250,000.
    • Imprisonment: A person can be imprisoned for up to 20 years.

    • Enhanced Penalties: If the fraud involves a financial institution or a presidentially declared disaster or emergency, the penalties can increase to a fine of up to $1 million and imprisonment of up to 30 years.

The Socialist Left are losing their collective minds over the mistaken inclusion of The Atlantic’s Jeffrey Goldberg in a non-classified Signal message

but it's totally OK for this ass clown to ignore his oath and contact CCP military in defiance of his own C-in-C. . . . . and even did it with our own secure comms that he was entrusted to use for our own security.

His ass should be in Leavenworth for the rest of his days.
Motherfucker.
F that. He should be brought back into service, courtmartialed, tried for treason and summarily executed.

New Lot CCI 450 issues

View attachment 8649483BR 4's this weekend. They didn't fire either.
Are these virgin brass?

I suspect the case's headspace are too short. Such a thing makes it where the case is pushed forward enough where the firing pin won't deliver enough force to the anvil inside the primer to cause it to ignite. The primer surface still gets indented, but it's being cushioned by the case moving forward by quite a bit. It's similar to a primer seated too far from the bottom of the pocket.

Current Surgeon vs AI Action

Thanks. Very good points. Someone mentioned I should also consider the new BAT Hammerhead action? Seems relatively new so not much reliability history?

Man, you're going to start chasing rabbit holes until you end up with paralysis by analysis.

I'd take a look at your original Surgeon and AI choices, and decide if you want to build or buy your next rifle. That alone should narrow it down pretty quickly on what your next step should be.

Nothing listed in this thread is a piece of junk, and all will serve you well.

When you get a few years under your belt with that rifle and can afford/want more...then just buy the other later on.
