Only semi true. Quantity of air moved does equal performance, but air “Blast” can move in multiple directions to achieve the same result.

Just wondering if you really need the concrete slab on your slab? If you are looking to reinforce the existing slab, you could grab a 36 x 48 piece of steel… 3/8” or 1/2” and anchor that to the floor. If you really want to spread the load, put it on a layer of grout or even tile adhesive. then put the safe on that. It would be easier than pouring and a lot less work. And certainly give you a solid pad for your safe.

Just a thought.

Not a CZ 457 or 455. They have easy to swap out barrels. You can convert to .22lr, .22WMR, .17M2, or 17HMR with just a corresponding barrel and magazine if going to the magnums from standard.

You could probably find factory barrels on gunbroker. And Lilja makes aftermarket ones.

Just found this thread after searching online for the Gracey matchprep.com website, which as stated above is for sale. Mr. Gracey has passed away, and his business is closed.

I need to prep some cases that will be necksized only, not full length resized. Come to find out the Gracey trimmer needs to have your case holder sent back to them with 2 loaded cartridges so they can machine it since their standard case holders only fit FL resized cases

Anybody know of someone that could perform this upgrade? I'd actually like to buy a new .308 caseholder and have it machined. That way I can still use my other .308 holder for trimming FLR cases

Interesting, when I went to sniper school in 2009, everything was based on the FM23-7. I don't think that's current information.

Kids raised in luxury almost never have a work ethic. There are notable exceptions. Not many people work as hard as DJT, but how many times have we seen a company make it through Grandpa and dad, and they have an excellent company, plenty of innovation, but the third generation never struggled and they tank the company? I hope I'm wrong, but that's what I'm afraid is happening at Weatherby right now. No actual innovation in decades. The best things they've ever done happened in the 40's-60's. The only thing they've done in modern history is rebrand a few existing wildcats that nobody uses, create a mediocre 700 footprint action that nobody wants, and most recently, revive a dead varmint cartridge that nobody wants, and is only available in an expensive tree corpse format. I love weatherby, but I'm afraid they are circling the drain.

If you have box of assorted drill bits, you might be able to try those going flat end in (not cutting end) incrementally up in size and see where the pass fail size is. Get a pin one step above the last drill bit that goes in
