Had a friend help me inlet the lock as I'm not really great at it! And he knows how to position trigger, pan, etc. Now ready to begin to shape the handle.

Too much farm work and travel coming up to get to it before, probably, 4th of July weekend. But now the fun begins!

Check the left side of the unit, you see the two metal circles? Likely the powered hub for the IR unit.

I was in Michigan when the DNR, their version of FWC, finally opened up deer season to allow taking doe. Up until that time, it was a special permit required and only one per season. The deer herds were huge and showing the typical signs of distress like diseases and winter die off.
