Rifle Scopes M7xi 4-28 thoughts

Steiner, Burris, and Kahles all have CA. They all also have very sharp images. Yeah, I paint my targets white, so the CA will end up showing up, but once that steel is shot up, I remember seeing a lot of detail on that gray plate with the M7 vs my other stuff.

I see CA on the fringes of my vision all day any time I'm wearing glasses, so it doesn't bother me much in a scope. I see less CA in a Vortex venom than I did with my Steiner, but that glass in the Venom is milky AF where the Steiner had a sharp image.

This is the main reason. I dropped 5 points on a big panning stage because I could not get the size of the target. Held my wind and was right off the edge of every target.
More important than knowing the target size is being able to spot your POI and adjust back to center of the plate. If you missed off the right every shot not sure how a reticle would have prevented that. After your first miss off the right side of the target, the reticle in your scope should have been used to measure the difference, you need to be able to adjust to the next wind bracket if your original call was incorrect.

Maggie’s Funny & awesome pics, vids and memes thread (work safe, no nudity)

Your first two paragraphs are right on the money. Richmond B.C. (suburb of Vancouver) is where all the HK ex pats are
at. But, FFS, DO NOT drive amongst them. You'll die in a fiery wreck, not of your causing.

And "Toonies". Don't forget the Toonies. ;) (y)

Only the tight ones rate a Toonie...

You know the pornographic Canadian coin? The queen with the bear behind?

I crack myself up...
