FL and/or Neck die

It really depends on what you do. A lot of SRBR shooters neck size only. If you shoot very hot loads you can run into chambering issues, hard bolt closure and that will pull your rifle around more between shots. I necked sized for about ten years, 223 and 308 and went to FLS a couple of years ago and am now going back.
Hmmm??? How come you're going back?

The only advantage I can think of, in my limited experience, is one can fill the case more if that is what needed for a particular powder.

To Torque or Not to Torque?

Hey pal, speak for yourself. I've measured my barrel-installing hand torque to max out at 101 ft-lbs.

When removing barrels I really have to take 'er easy or I will crush the barrel with my bear hands.

In fact, I have a 308 barrel that I accidentally crushed down to 17HMR. Still hammers tho' @ .25MOA if I do my part breaks like a glass rod.
I once grabbed a 1 on 14 twist 22-250 barrel by both ends and twisted it into a 1 on 7.

XBR8208 Pressure spike too fast for setup?

Your velocity is telling you your charge weight is low and the gas system is also telling you the same thing. Most people find the 77 gr Sierra'a, Noslerswhich are very similar bullets run around 23.2 which is Hodgdon's Max.

Go up slow. LC brass is thicker than 223 Rem brass so it will have a lower case capacity. ( Currently seeing this first hand in a 308 gasser) This might yield a bit slower velocities but should still allow you get to a working load. Watch your cases and primers as you load up.
Nope. Not true in 223/556.

Shooting With Sunglasses

LOL!!! I luv it!!

Hopefully the law, and the government supercomputers that monitor the whole of Earth's communications take the time to read this, and of course they'll know/should know is the only thing I'd shoot in the direction of downtown LA over my Son's house would be cameras as in "Lifelong Photographer".

There's no excuse for them to not know it now but thanks for the "heads up".

I think I'll be ok LOL
California? While you may be correct, you should probably sleep in body armor for the foreseeable future…

Tikka 6.5 CTR any regrets not going 24”?

I regret getting it in 20” as tikka factory (typical) barrels are very accurate but on the slower side. I bought it to shoot NRA silhouette comps as a factory rifle and I don’t have enough speed to generate enough ke to reliably knock down the rams with 140, 143, or 147 gr bullets. I ring about 1/5 to 1/4 of the rams, they stay standing and don’t count for score. Switched to a 22” bergara and haven’t had that problem.
