The health fallout from the covid shot mandate is rapidly solving the slow adoption of euthanasia. All the “good boomers” that drove the mandates were/are the targets for accelerated end of life scheduling. That initiative has been very successful. Add in their grandchildren losing 30% of their fertility, and the program is paying off quite well.

The 8 pound 7PRC I posted above with a TBAC ultra seven is a real bear to shoot, especially off a bench for strings, but there’s something about shooting it off of a really right stuff tripod that absorbs 80% of the recoil and you don’t even notice it.

A solution looking for a problem.

When the correct pellets are used.

But this is what pisses off even those of us who really like this platform: DT’s poor quality control. You should not have to 3-D print parts to fix a $4000 rifle chassis. Full stop.

Or at the very least you ought to be able to send it in no questions asked and have it fixed or a new one sent to you and they can sell the old one as a factory second.

This is also why I say, despite it being my favorite every day, shooting platform, I would never take it to war with me. Couldn’t possibly trust it if your life depended upon it.

It looks awesome, but I think the SP10 is still beating the Geissele MRGG for accuracy by a healthy margin, and probably with less POI shift from positional shooting. So what am I missing?

If I wasn't heavily invested in my LMT 6.5, and was starting from scratch with large frame, Geissele would definitely be the way I would go.

Hoping that Mullets does a comparison video between Geissele, Knights, and LMT.

Old thread, timeless topic.

Much more than just the gun when shooting 10 shot groups, even with a capable gun & capable ammo.

Concentration & technique become paramount. Mainting cheek weld & consistent sight picture is very hard over 10 shots with a gas gun, even with bags like the Bull's mentioned in previous comments.

Truly it takes a supberb effort to shoot 10 shot <MOA, consistently by most people.

As time has passed, I think shooting a series of 5x5's is a better assessment of the system (shooter, gun, ammo) than is 10 shots for MOST shooters. At least for me, & in MHO.

None of my "working" guns have PRS stocks nor do they have very heavy profile barrels, as they are intended for purposes other than bench competition, but the stock (& subsequent improvement in consistent cheek weld) & barrel weight/stiffness are big steps forward in group shooting.

And, I've come more to subscribe to what Jack Leuba is trying to relate in this old article. Let's Talk About Accuracy
