He's a good boy!!!

Years ago, right after our twin girls were born, my wife was walking down our driveway carrying the babies. We have two wrought iron gates at the end of the drive, I had not yet installed the electronic openers so they were still latch operated. We had a huge sign on the gate that said "If gate is closed the dogs are out. DO NOT ENTER".

Apparently, the postman could not read because he climbed over the fence beside the gate and came inside. My wife, who was about 100ft away (its a long drive) did not hear it but the dog (Ay'len our gsd) did.....of course.
My wife said ay'len rocketed away and before she could even turn around the dog had the guy on the ground. The dog, quite literally, ripped his clothes off: Shorts, gone..shirt, gone....one shoe, gone. However, she never bit him or even scratched his skin.

The wife told her to heel and she did. The poor guy was hysterically crying but then got mad and whipped out his pepper spray. The wife warned him she would release the dog again if he sprayed that shit near the babies.

We called his office and reported what happened. He called the cops who showed up the same day, we showed them the security camera footage and they told him to pound sand.

The post office made us install a drop box on the other side of the road from our house or they would not deliver our mail, we would have to pick it up.

Pepperball to the pie hole.

We had a big live oak on our place get struck years ago. Probably 6-7 feet across at the base. It took a limb off that was at least 18" and I guess traveled down through the tree and made about a 6" exit hole about halfway down the trunk of the tree.

It burned inside for a week. The flame coming out from where that limb once was looked like a torch. Another torrential downpour finally put it out. Tree is still living.
One here down by my creek was struck a few years back. A very tall and straight oak. It blew the bark off from as high as I could see, 5” wide, straight down the trunk to the ground. The tree died and is still standing, I need to cut it down.

Tesla owners are different. No way I'd excited about gluing structural parts of my truck together.

I saw body panels and structures glued on from GM way back in the early 90s on cars with composite bodies.
