REM 700 6.5CM help

You can shoot the Creedmoor to a mile. I have with mine and factory ammo. I run 28” custom barrels though and as you found out Remington factory barrels can suck.

The thing to ask yourself is do you shoot a mile enough to make going to a magnum bolt face and ammo costs worth it. Most don’t so just rebarrel in with a good barrel maybe a better option. You can get a 28” remage from Patriot Valley Arms and put it on at home. @bohem Josh can spin that barrel up easy enough.

What's the difference between Black Hills 5.56x45mm NATO Ammo 77 Grain Open Tip Match and Black Hills MK262 MOD 1-C?

I have shot a shitload of the 77 OTM SMK at various distances with consistent results. I have only shot a few of the new Hornady projectiles at shorter distances. No real issues so far. But it was allegedly done to improve the BC, so I would look for some who consistently takes it out to longer distances. YMMV.

T.Rex Arms Meltdown

I am ignorant of Baptist ideology,
No dancing. No drinking. At least, that’s what you tell people. Lots of “bless your heart” and “he needs Jesus.”

Little known fact… Footloose was a documentary.

Why do the liquor stores in the south open at noon on Sunday?

Because that’s when the Baptist church lets out.

What’s the difference between a Baptist and a Catholic?

A Catholic will say ‘hi’ to you at the liquor store.

T.Rex Arms Meltdown

Think very critically, and maybe involve a lawyer, before putting family and business into the same sentence.

My dad and three of his brothers had a falling out with the fifth brother over what amounts to a pittance relative to this TRex Arms kerfuffle. The details are not important other than to say that the wealthiest of them all was hell bent on getting his, regardless of the others.

That brother died and I was a pall bearer at the funeral. Getting someone to stand up and say something about the man was like pulling teeth. His daughter gave a eulogy that was essentially “he was my dad, and you all know how he was.” The general sentiment at the funeral was “well, that’s done…”

Back family in a fight. But, business? I’d rather take my chances on The Shark Tank…

So Cal Ice protest.

After reading through all this, I’ve come to one conclusion! Most Americans are pussies!
maybe. but i want to believe that Americans are reluctant to do a Rittenhouse/roof top korean action due to fear of their own gov. Kyle got screwed and only made it due to the pillow guy buying in. we have all seen the results of stepping in with Penny and many others. retreat in your own house laws an example.
maybe you are right after all.

Rifle Scopes Steiner T6Xi 3-18x56 Review and comparison with NF ATACR 4-16x42, S&B US 3-20x50 and March 4.5-28x52

I'm no expert, so take this as just my personal experience. At lower magnification, the reticle feels cluttered and mostly useless—it only starts to make sense at around 12x or higher. The problem is, there are no fine hash marks for precise holdovers, so I have to guess between the lines when compensating for wind or elevation. That ties back to the magnification issue: if I want to make accurate adjustments, I have to zoom all the way in, but then I need to zoom back out just to reacquire the target for a follow-up shot. That’s too many steps during a critical moment when hunting. As for glass quality, it's not noticeably better than what Leupold or Vortex offers at this price point.

I think this was my expected outcome. The run and gun guys don't seem to mind a thin reticle at low power. I hunt the the PNW rainforest, which means thin reticle are hard to see in real world hunting. Shooting at a range is different, but trying to pick the crosshairs up on wet, dark hair in timber is tough. Illumination helps, but then you are at the mercy of a battery and electronics.

I wish I could find something to replace the atacr 4-16 that I've been using. I really dislike the rotation ocular. My other hunting rifles have NXS 2.5-10x42's on them. I had high hopes for the H6xi, until I seen the reticle.

Ukraine war Bullshit.

For everyone, of course.
besides being an annoying troll, you are not as well educated as you seem to think. WW2 started same for everyone at same time? Japanese historians are divided on that question. some go with 1931,some with 1937. seems 1941 for us and Russia,1939 for Europe generally. the case could be made for 1939 for Russia with its invasion of Poland and Finland. what has Mr. Z told you?
