one can indeed hope Putin is bluffing. he sure has reason to bomb us. i don't think he wants to widen the war. that would be very counterproductive and dangerous. if he does smack Germany i can only hope Trump stays out of it. he said he would leave it and he hasn't which sends some of us a very mixed message. not that what we think or want matters in the neocon world. starts to look like what Trump wants or thinks doesn't matter very much either.
