Comey being investigated for wanting to 86 the 47th.

I can’t see AKChode’s comments; he’s been on ignore since forever…is it even worth a look?
Eh, I’ve had Tex on ignore since he figured out the post image function and was spamming Cathy Griffin images in every thread. I’m not taking the risk again. Sometimes you just can’t scroll fast enough.

But, from what I have gathered, it is basically each of them holding the others dick while taking turns saying “Nuh uh. You’re gay.”

Finding a wife

Erin exposes the rich & famous boss babes. 99% of them got their wealth from someone else. So do a lot of men except the women like to take all the credit.

AFAIK she didn't inherit her wealth. She conned everyone under the sun for it but got caught. So typical of a woman.

Odd Winchester Post '64 Model 70... Possibly Custom Shop?

The 3-9 Redfield Accutrac scopes were not used on the USMC M40. AccuTracs were not introduced until the late 1970's. The scopes used on the M40 had the "Tombstone" rangefinding scale and were called Accu-Range by Redfield. Similarly, the Widefields were not contract scopes either. Widefields weren't introduced until the early 1970's.
My dad has been running a wideview 3-9 Accutrac with BDC turret since I was born or slightly before on a LH Weatherby MKV in 270WBY MAG. His has the tombstone reticle in it as well.

He said to me when I was young (pre-internet obviously) he bought it because "it was what the Marines used" (obviously he was slightly mistaken). Fast forward about 28 years later and I ask dad if he ever used the BDC or the reticle as intended. He's like, "What's a BDC? I don't need to range find anything.". He lost or threw away the other two drums.

I myself finally shot the rifle in my 30's. It's basically got a point blank range of 300 yards with factory loaded 140gr Spires on a 5" steel. Dad back in the day always ran 180gr Trophy Bonded Bear Claws on everything.....deer, coyotes, skunks. Everything got a fist sized or bigger hole.

So yeah, he doesn't range find for deer sized targets in his comfort zone. The laughable thing is dad's fellow fudd hunting buddies telling me how good of shot dad is. I'm like, "LOL ...No he's fucking not. He's never thought more than put crosshair on meat....pull trigger."

Sidearms & Scatterguns Stubborn RMR screws

There's nothing wrong with the optic. The problem lies in the optic plate and it's severely undersized screws.

An RMR set to auto brightness will last years constantly on.
There's nothing inherently wrong with the zev method of attachment(posts and 4-40 screws). The posts act as another set of recoil lugs and allow lower milling of optic. The use of blue loctite is the problem. Degrease all threads and use a product like vibra-tite. It will retain torque and also allow removal better than the thread lockers.

First Remington 700 build..

That being said am I wasting time having the action blueprinted and rebarreled along with chassis etc? Or just buy a custom action and build a 6GT and keep the .308 put a middle of road scope and triggertech for playin around with?
500 for essentially an action with your plans vs an aero solus for 700

I don’t like aero personally but that’s not even a decision, get the aero.

Eotech vs Acog vs razor 1-6

On the subject of acog eye relief, one thing that is rarely mentioned is the huge field of view you get in exchange for the shorter eye relief. My 4x acog seems to have at least as much FOV as my 3x PA microprism.
There has been lots of mention of the ACOG and as usual, the assumption is that we're talking about the TA31, 4x. Many forget that there are other ACOGs. My preferred is the TA11, 3.5x model. A little heavier, but still lighter than an LPVO; a little bigger, but still smaller than an LPVO; a little less field of view, but still more than an LPVO and the extra eye relief makes a big difference in the shooting experience. I am also hard pressed to see the difference in magnification between a ta11 and ta31. The TA11 is also great at low light situations.

The only time I use the NX8 is when I think I'll just plain need more magnification.

Many around here who took the jab now showing same.

The bison's immune system was as unprepared for brucellosis as the native's was for small pox.

Most of the enslaving and killing of natives out west was done by the Spanish before the territory was bought by the U.S.
The estimated buffalo population was also bullshit. They claimed forever that it was 30 million at the point of Europen contact. This was based on one guy observing a single herd travel for a few days, then he came up with some sort of calculation based on the area they occupied and spit out "30 million". The number was actually 5-8 million. Also, the natives were killing the buffalo for tongues just like the Europeans. Entire tribes were dedicated to killing them, just like the buffalo hunters. The last big herd was killed in Canada near the red river by a tribe. There was never a US government or a military policy to eradicate the buffalo. That may be the most oft repeated lie in Aemrican history. It's all based on one guy saying that he heard general Sherman say it in Texas in around 1880. The problem was that Sherman was never in Texas within a decade of that claim being made. He was lying. Nobody else ever claimed to have heard such a speech either. All of those guys had stenographers that wrote everything they said, and it never happened. There was never a government policy or a military directive to do anything to the buffo. Even the guys who were doing the killing never had any idea they were killing them off. They all believed there were millions more out there wandering around. See, white guilt has been around for a long time, and people enjoy this self-flagalation so much that they'd rather keep repeating the lie than researching the truth.

You probably don't realize that there is zero evidence that the small pox blankets thing ever happened. If it ever did, it was almost certainly unintentional. The "genocide" occurred from about 1500-1600 gove or take, and it was not intentional. Nobody even knew it was happening. 99% of the natives that died never even saw a white person, ever in their lives. It's the only "genocide" in history (a very disingenuous way to describe a bunch of people who's entire civilizations couldn't defeat the rhino virus) where nobody was intentionally killing anyone at any scale. You'd probably be amazed to find out how much stuff you're carrying around in your head that is absolutely bullshit.

Here's another one for you: the US government never made an effort to erradicate the Buffalo so the Indians would lose their food source. Like the above "genocide" shit, it's another lie. It all came from some lying sack of shit who claimed he heard Gen Sherman say it in Texas in about 1880. The problem was that it never happened, but people have been repeating these lies for over a century now.

Desert Precision Gunworks 22LR Action Updates

Not so sure why your constant criticism seems necessary? You have always seemed to me a good dude but to be honest your envy is painted all over every post. Take a hike..... The only people you are trying to impress are the guys on here that don't matter anyway. Being a douche on the internet is worth exactly ZERO points at a match!
I normally wouldn't partake in this type of banter back and forth on the internet. But, in this situation if you cant respect what Kenny is bringing to the table for all of us as shooters you are a special kind of stupid.

I see the same type of comments directed towards JD. I know JD personally and he is probably one of the best guys you will ever come across in life. The dude will give the shirt off his back to help people and he is also a Veteran.

This place is mostly haters of the game you cant win... I said what I said!!!

Kenny keep up the good work dude.... Phuq em!!!

All of the aforementioned site members have been negative at some point particularly in the most recent couple months. Plenty of passive and direct bashing in other threads. Passion fuels emotion. No big dick contest here, I’m Portuguese so I lose by default….. just calling it how it’s seen.

Good thing we’re talking about a hobby with toy 22’s… no lives in danger, no mortgage at stake…

It’s entertaining seeing all these action updates from the various manufactures. Feels like a race to the moon.

First Remington 700 build..

Having both a trued 700 and a few "custom" actions:

You will never be ahead if you buy a 700 to get blueprinted. The only time truing a 700 makes sense is if you already have it. My worked-over 700 locks up like a vault and is a thing to behold...but it is no better than my Origin, and lacks a lot of the features...for what would essentially be the same price.

Then you will want to rebarrel, so the barrel on that rifle becomes a tomato stake immediately.

That Boyd's stock and Nikon scope are two items you'd grow out of pretty quickly too.

A lot of us have been down your road before, and figured out that eating Ramen for a few more months and getting what you truly want the first time around is the best and even cheapest approach in the long run.
