Public Safety Doctrine. SCOTUS has ruled that the police are not obligated to the safety of the taxpayers. To Serve and Protect is a joke. A joke that they tell the people every day.

This doesn't look good for the department and they will probably get some time off for it or even fired , at which time they will resign so they can go work in another town, no legal action will stick.

Firearms Tac Ops Xray 51

Xray 51 chambered in 308.

Purchased this last year and put a box of ammo through it. With the 3 round test group it has 23 rounds on it.

Nothing wrong with the rifle. Only imperfections are from me taking it out of the safe, it sliding over and knocking another rifle over.

I’ll send the test group pics if you PM me. You can get my cell via PM too.

That opened the door to Selitas (sp?) which created some great movements and supports the small production industry.

Swatch and ETA can kiss my ass. I’ll always ask for a selitas movement now in any new production watch. Swatch/ETA can eat dick!

Gunsmithing - Plugging an AR gas port

I have a subsonic wildcat AR I'm putting together. I set it up with a carbine gas port. I want to change it to a pistol length port to increase port pressure. Is there a way to plug the carbine port and just redrill? Thread, epoxy in a screw/bolt? I currently only have about 6K psi...

Leveling a scope is dumb

I put it in the bear pit because I was bitching.

In the olden days I would slap a scope on a rifle and eyeball it.
Then graduated to the wheeler level level level
Now I have fancy gizmos like the send it level and bubbles in rings and still struggling

I had not tried the plumb line flash light in objective shadow on a wall before. In the pic you see the plumb line and cross hair shadow on top of one and other. It took a while and several beers yesterday but I think I finally whipped leveling a scope.
