What are others experiencing?

I've seen some rumors swirling on other sites about a new SAAMI standard 7mm PRC cartridge rollout in the near future. Didn't see a thread on the topic here, so I figured I'd start one as a place to collect rumors, news and eventually load data once it's introduced.

I'm interested to hear what folks have heard, but from reading what little is out there, the consensus of rumors seems to be that the 7mm PRC is:
- Another Hornady introduction.
- A long action cartridge ased on a necked down (and maybe shortened a bit) .300 PRC.
- Slated for a fall introduction.
- Possibly similar to or even a straight standardization of the 7mm LRM.
- SAAMI standardized but not yet published.

Not sure who this guy is, but saw on another forum that he claims to have had some conversations with pew pew industry folks on he 7mm PRC (~14:20)

Looking at the new cartridge section of the SAAMI website, it looks like new cartridge publications seem to come out quarterly (mid-Jan, mid-June, mid-Sept, etc) so if the cartridge really is almost ready to launch, maybe we'll see prints come out in June?

I've been planning a new elk rifle for a while, oscillating between 7mm SAUM, .280 AI, and .300 WSM. If this 7mm PRC turns out to be real, and is Intro'd and supported in standard Hornady style, it might be just what I'm looking for.

I have three one of these chassis left, they are all brand new/never used. One is black and one is flat dark earth.

I own a media company, a company (NOT MDT, a rifle builder) ordered these for a photoshoot we were supposed to do. They went bankrupt and paid me in chassis/parts.

I’m trying to consolidate my powder stock so I don’t have 10 different powders for my rifles. Looking at dumping the Grendel and going 6 ARC and strictly shooting 95gr-108gr. 18-20” barrel.

I would like to believe that factory ammo would be consistent but my experience with Grendel during the last drought was different lots were all over the map accuracy wise so if I go this route I’ll be committed to me doing the loading. I started loading for the Grendel but lost interest in it.

So which powder should I start buying for the ARC?

For sale is my AXMC package with grip upgrade. This rifle is capable of shooting any cartridge from 6.5/308 all the way to .338 and everything in between with a quick change barrel system that only requires a Allen wrench (which conveniently stored in the buttstock).

The rifle is currently configured as a 6.5cm with a 24 in barrel. The package includes the GTAC AR conversion kit which allows you to change the grip to any AR pattern grip, the original AXMC grip(with hardware), 2 short action AXSR/AXMC mags and 2 mag carriers for these mags, the short action mag adaptor which allows use of short action AW mags, a department of techne bag rider, the original AI bag rider, a small firing pin 308 bolt and a large firing pin (unfired) 308 bolt.

The small firing pin bolt and barrel have about 400 rounds through them.

I am pretty excited about it and it provides me everything I want in a night time predator setup. I will wait to see what kind of price they put on it before I get my hopes up but if it's under $1500 then I think I'll be putting an order in once they open up the order banks.

Selling a Seekins 308 standard bolt face for Havak HIT.
Purchased this new for my HIT but never needed up using it except to install it once.
This bolt face fits that last version of the HIT that was on the market just before the new M3 version.
I do not believe that it fits the new HIT M3, but you need to check with Seekins on that.
