    So, according to O'Rourke, tweeting "‘My AR is ready for you" is a death threat but telling Americans that the Government is going to disarm US and confiscate our AR's and AK's is not a death threat? Historically holocausts have been given wings by disarming free men - there is only one reason to disarm a free man and that is to subdue/subjugate him and do what you will to him without resistance.

    How is this not a death threat? Fuck this guy.

    Maybe it was just a simple gesture that implied I am more than happy to give you mine as a start to the process. We really need a sarcasm font. It is that kind of stupid shit that causes problems for us and furthers the communist agenda. Even if someone feels the same way it is not something to post because we all know Beto's response(s).

    It was actually a good move imo...there needs to be more visible push back on this sort of rhetoric, from politicians who represent us and our interests (freedom). If these fucking assholes like beta o.-fuck head get cart blanche on the messaging, more and more people will start believing it is the right thing to do.

    We cannot allow that to happen.

    I guess I'm kinda .....not impressed with O'Rourke's intelligence. I thought he was smarter than this. He decides to throw all caution or planning to the wind and declares he's gonna come take our arms - legally owned and operated, Constitution or no Constitution, he is going to see US disarmed. *THAT* is a death threat historically - historically the only reason to disarm an entire nation is to subjugate/murder them. So he issues a death threat and get bents when someone vaguely intimates something that might, kinda, sorta be taken as a threat (it was a taunt) after he has already threatened death on others.

    He's not that stupid....what's his real agenda?

    The fact we have only had one rebellion, perhaps two, shows how great a job the Founders did in crafting our Constitution.

    The fact we are where we are now shows how far we have moved from the ideals of the Constitution.

    Yeah this really bugs me...this guy tells US Gun Owners he *is* gonna take our Firearms....disarming a Free Man means he is now a slave/controlled/under arrest etc. This is a death threat to an honest, tax paying, free man. But if I/a free man retorts with "come take it, I'm ready" then I'm issuing a death threat?

    I'm really getting tired of being threatened without the right of self defense.

    Before Beto tries to take the first AR-15, he should go walk the Lexington-Concord Battle Trail and spend some time in the Minute Man National Historical Park. He may learn something.

    The real problem here isn't that one man made a threat against a presidential candidate. The real problem is that only one man made that statement. We are a disorganized jumble fuck as gun owners compared to the blitzkrieg attacks the left throws at us. It should be 30 million people making that statement against Beto, not one man.
    We support the left's delusion they can disarm us because we don't have one voice to say "fuck off or else."

    After looking at teh Transfer NCIC check form 4473, no way the federal government can take firearms as they are guilty of, but not yet judged on violations of 922n for Fast and Furious. Having knowledge of criminal felony acts committed on Ruby Ridge, and in Waco, and in Clark County, NV, I could not in good conscience allow these people to receive firearms (TN law forbids transfer is you have knowledge of unpunished crimes the person committed). Guess when they come for mine I have two choices. Inform them of this and hope they walk away peacefully, or have that gunfight we all dread will come one day.

    #1) The rep’s post wasn’t a threat, unlike O’Rourke’s statement during the debate which very clearly was a threat to all law abiding citizens who own firearms as I’m sure you know.

    #2) Since you quoted my post, I assume you read it and understood the message. If not, the point I was making is about unity in our messaging; the message being: NO ONE (Let me repeat: NO ONE) is taking my rights from me-period!!!!

    Everyone law abiding gun owner, which includes everyone on this site, needs to be saying this loudly and clearly and as often as it takes for these gun grabbing fucks to get the message and recognize the 2A. The state rep was making this very point with his post. If it ruffled feathers and triggered snowflakes, so be it.

    #3) I don’t make threats - why tip my hand to the enemy?
