True but, turnover is one of the highest costs for a landlord. This includes vacancy loss while you are looking for and outfitting the space for the new tenant. So it depends on local market conditions. The way things look around here, I wouldn't be motivating any commercial tenants to find space in other buildings that have been vacant for two years and are now offering discounts.
Not saying they weren't involved but, it didn't take a genius to smell that disaster waiting to happen from a hundred miles away.

But what we are pretty confident in is that Fauci and China spliced a coronavirus with HIV to create the C19 chimera (link), so if this new assertion has any truth, then it probably applies to anyone that's had covid, not just the vaccinated.
