I think your problem arises from not understanding that convalescent plasma donation and plasma donation are different. They can't get antibodies from from the vaccinated because they don't have them. But if they do have them, they will take them still. Do these sentences make sense to you? Why would someone who IS vaccinated not have any antibodies? Wouldn't someone who has never had covid, but has been vaccinated have anti-bodies? What is the purpose of vaccination if it does not help your body fight the virus with anti-bodies?
Why would someone who is unvaccinated and had covid have antibodies, but someone who is vaccinated would not? Does that make any sense to you, or am I missing something about the mRNA vaccine?
I thought the mRNA told your own cells to produce the spiked protine, and that in so doing your body would generate antibodies to fight it...
